Dale began his career in financial services in January 1992, spending 15 years with Country Financial as an agent, training specialist, and agency manager before joining New York Life in 2007, where he rose to senior partner and managing partner over a decade of leading financial advisors. After a stint as general manager with Park Avenue Securities, he relocated from the St. Louis area to Colorado to reunite with longtime friend Wade Herbert at RMW Advisory Group, where he's spent the past five years working alongside Wade and his son, J.T., serving middle-market clients across wealth management, tax services, and bookkeeping. Dale also owns RMW Tax and Accounting Services alongside partner James Nurre, former CFO of one of Iowa's largest real estate companies, providing tax preparation and bookkeeping to small and medium-sized businesses and RMW's investment clients alike.
Long before his career in finance, Dale showed the same instinct to act when it mattered most: in 1983, at just 18 years old, he was awarded the Carnegie Medal of Heroism for pulling an unconscious young woman from a burning car in West Frankfort, Illinois, entering the vehicle amid leaking fuel and intensifying flames to free her moments before it exploded.
